- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, diced
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Crispy bacon - 4 slices
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form into two patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocado in a bowl. Stir in lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
