Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and trim the ends of the zucchinis, then slice them lengthwise into 1.5 cm thick planks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
