- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Hummus - 1/2 cup
- Fresh spinach - 1 cup
- Feta cheese (optional) - 1/4 cup (crumbled)
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
