  • Red onion - 1/2, sliced

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hummus - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh spinach - 1 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
