  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch thick slices or wedges.
