- mixed salad greens - 150 grams
- cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- avocado - 1, diced
- lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- honey - 1 teaspoon
- mustard - 1 teaspoon
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated and let marinate for 10 minutes.
