- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.

- Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently to combine.
