  • Salmon fillets - 2 x 150g
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon slices - 2 for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Once marinated, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
