- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon slices - 2 for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
