  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
