Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Remove the stems from the Portobello mushrooms and gently clean the caps with a damp cloth.
- Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
