Ingredients

  • Pork chops - 2 pieces (about 200g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the pork chops with sugar-free BBQ sauce.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
