- Red onion - 1 small
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4-6
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.

- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl, tossing to coat the pieces evenly with the marinade.
- Thread the marinated pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the pineapple is caramelized.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them cool for a minute before serving.
