Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into rings, about 1-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, lime juice, coconut oil, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
- Brush each pineapple ring generously with the marinade on both sides.
