- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
