Ingredients

  • Lamb chops - 4 pieces (about 300g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
