- Boneless, skinless chicken breast - 300 grams
- Whole wheat tortillas - 2 large (30 cm)
- Fresh spinach leaves - 50 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken breast with the marinade, then let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken rests, prepare the vegetables: slice the red bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and spread 50 grams of Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
- Layer fresh spinach, grilled chicken strips, sliced bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado on top of the yogurt.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll them up.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
