  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
