- Pepper - to taste
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
