- 1 medium tomato - diced
- 1/4 red onion - finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper - seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
- 1 lime - juiced
- 1 ripe avocado - sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
