  • 2 cloves garlic, minced - 6 grams
  • 1 lemon, juiced - 30 ml
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 gram
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1 gram
  • 1 teaspoon salt - 5 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1 gram
  • 50 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped - 8 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
