  • 1 teaspoon paprika - 5 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado - 150 grams
  • 1 medium tomato - 120 grams
  • 1/4 red onion - 40 grams
  • 1 lime - 1 piece
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro - 8 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the avocado salsa by dicing the avocado and tomato, and finely chopping the red onion and cilantro.
