  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Sour cream (optional) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, coating it well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

  8. Add a dollop of sour cream on top if desired, and serve immediately.
