- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell peppers (red and green) - 1 cup, chopped
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Wooden skewers - 4
Steps
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, chop the bell peppers and slice the zucchini.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once marinated, thread the chicken cubes, bell peppers, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
