- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 5 grams

- 2 slices whole grain bread - 100 grams
- 1 ripe avocado - 150 grams
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 15 ml
- 1 cup mixed greens - 30 grams
- 1 medium tomato, sliced - 120 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the avocado spread by mashing the avocado in a bowl and mixing in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
