  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
  • Pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breast with the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
