- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into even pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
