Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli - 150 grams, cut into florets
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper for at least 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables: slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, cut the broccoli into florets, and slice the zucchini.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Add the grilled chicken strips to the skillet with the vegetables and toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
