  • Whole wheat pasta - 150 grams
  • Chicken breast - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.
