  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, and lemon juice. Set aside to cool slightly.
