  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic and brush it over the pizza dough.
  5. Spread the fresh spinach evenly over the dough, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives over the top.
  7. Season with dried oregano and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
