Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black olives (sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Kalamata olives (sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, dried oregano, egg, and olive oil until a dough forms.
