- Wooden skewers - 4
- Cucumber - 100 grams, grated
- Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt (for tzatziki) - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and stir to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the wooden skewers, about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
