Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 100 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Almonds, chopped - 30 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds - 30 grams
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt - 400 grams
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
  • Banana, sliced - 1 medium
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat until combined.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
