- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.) - as desired
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets, then steam or microwave until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower with egg, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
