- Egg - 1 large
- Unsweetened applesauce - 2 tablespoons
- Butter or coconut oil (melted) - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, applesauce, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
