Ingredients

  • Gluten-free tortilla chips - 150 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Black beans - 100 grams (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • Sliced jalapeños - 30 grams
  • Diced tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 30 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Guacamole - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large baking tray, spread out the gluten-free tortilla chips evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tortilla chips.
  4. In a bowl, mix the black beans with cumin and a pinch of salt, then scatter them over the nachos.
  5. Add the sliced jalapeños and diced tomatoes on top of the nachos.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the entire tray to enhance flavor and crispiness.
