- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Onion, finely chopped - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Milk - 60 ml
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
