- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
