Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, roasted
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  4. Once the garlic is roasted, squeeze the cloves out of their skins and add them to the mixing bowl.
  5. Add the chopped parsley, chives, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the bowl.
