- Unsalted butter - 60 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil and 30 grams of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
