  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet.
