  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Butter - 3 tablespoons (45 grams)
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Vegetable Broth - 2 cups (480 ml)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams)
  • Dried Thyme - 1 teaspoon (1 gram)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
