- Carrot - 1 medium, shredded
- Spinach leaves - 50 grams
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing.
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
