  • Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper to the skillet, sautéing for about 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the cooked black beans, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
