Ingredients
- Greek yogurt - 300 grams
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
- Banana - 1 medium, sliced
- Granola - 100 grams
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- In two serving glasses or bowls, layer 150 grams of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices, about half the amount of each.
- Sprinkle 50 grams of granola and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds on top of the fruit layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, mixed berries, banana, granola, and chia seeds.
