Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 300 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Granola - 100 grams
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. In two serving glasses or bowls, layer 150 grams of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices, about half the amount of each.
  4. Sprinkle 50 grams of granola and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds on top of the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, mixed berries, banana, granola, and chia seeds.
  6. Top each parfait with a few mint leaves for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
