- Rolled oats - 1 cup
- Almonds (chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Dried cranberries - 1/3 cup
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
