  • Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • Almonds (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Dried cranberries - 1/3 cup
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
