  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Ricotta cheese - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled - 20 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cornmeal (for dusting) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about 5mm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper dusted with cornmeal.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper evenly over it.
  5. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese on top of the other cheeses.
  7. Carefully slide the parchment paper with the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy delight!
