- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Ricotta cheese - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled - 20 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cornmeal (for dusting) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about 5mm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper evenly over it.
- Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese on top of the other cheeses.
- Carefully slide the parchment paper with the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
