- Egg white - 1 large
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, honey, and a pinch of salt to form the crust mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a small pie dish to create a crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
