- Corn tostadas - 4 pieces

- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Red cabbage, shredded - 1 cup
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - ½ cup
- Cilantro, chopped - ¼ cup
- Avocado, diced - 1 small
- Sour cream (or dairy-free alternative) - 2 tablespoons
- Hot sauce (optional) - to taste
Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the fish fillets with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned fish in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and squeeze lime juice over it. Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded red cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. Set aside.
- To assemble the tostadas, place 2 corn tostadas on each plate.
- Top each tostada with a portion of the flaked fish, followed by the cabbage and tomato mixture.
- Add diced avocado on top and drizzle with sour cream. Add hot sauce if desired.
