- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish) - a handful
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated fish pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
- Grill the fish skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
