- Sour cream or Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoons

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Gradually whisk in the cold sparkling water until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- Cut the fish fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Dip each fish strip into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then carefully place in the hot oil.
- Fry the fish strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and drain on paper towels.
